Below are highlighted learning and development opportunities for current employees:
- The Metallus Mentoring Program, which pairs salaried Metallus employees with senior team members who provide support, direction, and feedback to guide personal and professional development.
- Consistent safety training, including virtual scenarios and e-learning to increase safety awareness.
- Position-specific, hands-on training that helps prepare our employees for success.
- Annual development plans and optional 360 reviews for holistic and formative feedback.
