Medium- and Heavy-Duty Trucks

A lineup of semi-trailer trucks with chrome grilles parked in descending order, highlighted by warm sunlight, exuding a powerful, industrial atmosphere.

Our steel is found in vehicles that move people, goods, and services across the country, from heavy-duty pickup trucks to Class 8 trucks.

With our legacy and trusted experience in the automotive market, our customers rely on the cleanliness and quality of our steel for critical components like crankshafts and pump barrels. We offer a larger size capability with a higher reduction ratio, and a bigger heat size to manufacture large batches. When customers present precise specifications for a bus, emergency vehicle, freightliner, delivery van, or other vehicle, we apply our technical acumen to engineer the right application.

Applications

Our clean, reliably produced steel strengthens applications throughout the medium- and heavy-duty truck market, including those featured below.
