We provide our steel and supply chain solutions to original equipment manufacturers producing components for industrial applications in agriculture, construction, machinery, mining, and more. In addition, we partner with distributors to ensure the service and delivery that are expected.

• A wide range of size offerings in both bars and tubes. The steel needs for most industrial applications vary in size from small bar to larger sizes (up to 13″). Metallus offers cost-effective solutions across this wide size range.
• Orders made to customer specific requirements. We do more than manufacture specific grades of steel. Safety and reliability requirements demand precise specifications for testing procedures and results, and unique chemistries, reduction ratios, and manufacturing processes. We accommodate each customer’s specific requests and deliver the product that will make their project successful.
• Metallurgical engineering and finishing offerings that extend product lifecycle and maintain reliability under demanding conditions. We have modified standard grades of steel and combined this with our thermal treat capacity and capability to meet exacting requirements in strength and toughness.

Our company’s history spans over a century, which means that we’ve had over 100 years to gain and grow knowledge about what is required to prevent steel failure, design steel that economically meets requirements, and deliver in the ideal quantity and form to best serve our customers.
• Quantities that meet the diverse needs of customers and distribution partners to ensure reliable service and delivery. We offer order quantities substantially less than a full heat with some grades of our steel, which allows our customers to more effectively manage their inventory.
• The ability to produce the cleanest steel using air melt technology. Our precise Ultrapremium^TM  and clean steel practices reduce the size and concentration of oxide inclusions in steel, resulting in optimum performance and longer life of service.
