Suppliers

The Vendor Portal includes important information and data, as well as access to Global Quality Tracking Systems (GQTS).

Updates related to invoice status can be found through the Accounts Payable Vendor Portal.

Companies that supply both Metallus and The Timken Company should use both the existing Metallus Vendor Portal and Timken Supplier Network websites, respectively.

Contractors

New contractors should begin here:

• Log in to the Contractor Portal.
• Download and read our Contractor Orientation Handbook, which outlines general rules and procedures for all Metallus facilities and additional information that applies to specific plants.
• Complete the Safety & Compliance Training Assessment after reading the manual. You will receive a certificate of completion after passing the test.

Note: Please take the assessment on a device that is connected to a printer. You will need to print out the certificate and present it to Security in order to receive your badge.
